A message to all our guests

Boy have we missed you all !!!  In line with Government guidelines we plan to re-open our events soon in a  COVID secure environment.  Below we have detailed some of the protocols and changes you can

expect to see and experience all in the name of safety for visitors and staff which has always been paramount to us.

BEFORE YOU VISIT

BOOK ONLINE 

To avoid disappointment please book online for you chosen event. Yes you can pay on the day, however, we will have reduced capacity so 

we strongly recommend pre booking.

ARE YOU ILL ?

The most common symptoms of COVID 19 are continuous cough, high temperature or loss of taste or smell.  If you experience any of these symptoms we politely ask that you stay at home.  We may ask to take your temperature prior to granting access to the event.

REDUCED CAPACITY

To enable social distancing we have reduced the capacity within the event space and on certain activities and attractions, so we thank you in advance for your patience. 

GUIDELINES

We will have clear signage at the event entrance and throughout the site that we kindly ask you to follow.  Please also follow the instructions of our staff (who have undergone training).

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO PROTECT YOU

DEEP CLEANING

All attractions. actiivities and transportation vehicles are deep cleaned prior to and between each event.  We will also clean and sanitise the equipment periodically throughout the events which may cause brief delays.  We thank you again for your patience.

SANITISING

We will provide hand sanitising stations at the event entrance, at each attraction throughout the site and also seating / refreshment area.

PPE

All staff will wear masks and appropriate PPE throughtout the operation of the event (and also on sight build up and de-rig).

STAFF

All staff have undergone training on Covid compliance and are also screened daily for symptoms and also temperature checks and will not work if showing any of the symptoms.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR VISIT

RULE OF 6

Events will have perimeter fencing, and we ask that guests obey the rule of 6 when visting events.

ONE WAY SYSTEM

There will be a one way system around the event.

GUIDANCE SIGNAGE AT THE ENTRANCE AND ALSO ON EACH ACTIVITY

We will have guidance signage on safety protocols, capacity numbers of the site, the one way system and rules and procedures for each activity.

 

PRICING POLICY

We will operate a one token per ride system as opposed to a wristband to reduce high concentration of numbers of people at peak times.

SEATING / REFRESHMENT AREA

We have a seperate segregated refreshment area adjacent to the event area.  The seating area overlooks this so you can still keep a watchful eye on your child.  The event space is cordoned off and we the exit / entrance permanently manned and no child would be allowed to exit without an adult.  If you are able to leave your child to play without accompanying then please do.  We would not ever enforce this.  Entrance fee to the event areas may apply to adults.

SOCIAL DISTANCING 

We ask that you adhere to social distancing guidance whilst queuing both to eneter the event, inside the event space at the inidividual queues and the refreshment area.  We will have visible markers to assist with guidance.

PPE 

We ask that masks are worn where possible.  All staff will have the appropriate PPE.

PAYMENT

We ask that you pre book or use contactless / card payment wherever possible. Cash is accepted as a last option.

INFLATABLE RIDES AND ATTRACTIONS

Each attraction will have a dedicated plan that has been developed to enable social distancing between groups, and will vary according to each activity, please follow this guidance and any instructions from our staff.
